Refund policy
- Return and Refund Policy: If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact our Customer Service team via our contact form within five (5) days of receiving the Product. You are required to provide photos of the damaged or defective Product. If the damage or defect is confirmed by Specimen, you will be eligible for a replacement or a refund.
- Return and Refund Requirements: All returns and refunds must be received “like new” meaning not used. All returns must be initiated with 30 days of purchase.
- Return Process: To return a damaged or defective Product, (or for other reasons not specified) please follow the instructions provided by our Customer Service department. If a return is authorized, you will be responsible for returning the product to us.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of SPECIMEN receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Limited Edition products are non refundable and non returnable. Again, any product returned used will not be eligible for a refund.
- Limitation on Refunds: Specimen reserves the right to limit or refuse a refund if it reasonably believes that a Customer is abusing its refund policy.
